RATES AND VALIDITY
All rates quoted are in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) or
otherwise stated and are valid from 1st January
2007 to 31st December 2007. However, in the event
of unforeseen circumstances which is beyond our
control such as increase in transportation costs,
admission fees, hotel rates, government tax, etc.,
WORLD EXPRESS (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to
alter such applicable rates with or without prior
notices.

TRANSFER RATES INCLUDE
- Meet and greet services
- Assistance with arrival and departure procedures
by English speaking uniformed representative
(foreign speaking guides can be arranged at
additional cost)
- Porterage fees for 1 pieces of baggage per
person
- Vehicles : air conditioned limousines,
combis and coaches.
World Express utilizes vehicles/equipment owned by
us or by our associated companies where possible.
Every effort will be made to ensure that the best
available transportation is used. All vehicles
used by World Express are insured in accordance
with local laws.

- The standard service charge sand government
taxes
- Breakfast whenever indicated
All hotel accommodation featured in this tariff
are fully air-conditioned and comes with attached
facilities, unless indicated.

CHILD RATES
All rates published are based on adults.
For child below 12 years of age, pays 80% of adult
rate . This is
applicable to private/SIC tours and transfers. Rates for hotel accommodation are
subject to the hotel's tariff rates.

BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION

Upon notice of confirmation
on booking from WORLD EXPRESS (M) SDN BHD, please
issue an exchange order/voucher to reconfirm all
services required. Together with a copy of the itinerary and
payment must reach
our office no later than 14 days prior to group
and passengers arrival. Wherever possible, proforma invoices will
be included in our quotations or confirmations.

PAYMENT
Full payment must be received 14 days prior to group
or passenger arrival. Failure no comply with this
condition may result in automatic cancellation of
reservations and ground arrangements. Payment are
to be made to "WORLD

CANCELLATION
In the event that you wish to cancel any reservations,
notice must be made in writing and depending on
the period of notice given, WORLD EXPRESS (M) SDN
BHD will impose an administration charge and this
will be advised accordingly. In addition, hotels
will levy one night no show for cancellations
made less than 3 days for individual travelers and 14 days for
groups and such levies will have to be borne by
you.

TOUR
LEADER ENTITLEMENTS
Complimentary transfers and tours are provided to
one tour leader with every 15 full paying passengers
(airfares and meals are not inclusive). Complimentary
room for tour leader is strictly on request basis
and at hotel's discretion.

PASSPORT
AND VISA
Please ensure that your passengers are in possession
of a valid passport and visa. We will accept no
responsibility and are not liable for any form of
compensation if any passenger is refused entry by
Immigration Authorities of Malaysia or of any other
country for whatever reasons. As every passenger
is deemed to carry his/her own risk, please ensure
that they are adequately covered by comprehensive
travel insurance.

LIABILITY
WORLD EXPRESS (M) SDN BHD acts only as an agent
for transportation companies, hotels and other contractors
(hereinafter collectively referred to as "the
Contractors") and therefore (Both for
themselves and on behalf of their servants and
agents) does not accept any responsibility
for:
- any
act of omission, default or neglect of
themselves, their servants and agents or the
servants and agents of the contractors for
injury, damage or loss to persons or goods,
accidents, change of schedule or other
irregularities whatsoever and howsoever the
same may be caused.
- any
cancellation of journeys, deviations, delays, failure to
provide seats berth of facilities for carrying
or storing luggage and/or failure to provide
accommodation.
- WORLD
EXPRESS (M) SDN BHD also reserves the right without
being liable for any loss or damage, to change
the itinerary with or without notice and at
its role discretion if found to be in the best
interest of all concerned.

COVERAGE
AND ACCEPTANCE
All quotations by WORLD EXPRESS (M) SDN BHD are
subject to the terms and conditions stipulated above
irregardless of whether they included in the quotations
or otherwise. WORLD EXPRESS (M) SDN BHD reserves
the right to amend any of the conditions from time
to time at its discretion.
